RETURNS
At K+K we want to ensure you love the items you have purchased. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return.
ONLINE ORDERS
Your online order can be exchanged, credited or refunded by our Online Returns team, provided that the following conditions are met:
- You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of original order delivery.
- The item(s) is in original, saleable condition:
- With all original tags + any sewn labels still attached.
- In an unworn + unused state.
- It is not a clearance item
- The Returns Form is completed with all necessary information.
If you are unable to comply with these requirements, K+K reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit or refund of any returned item.
If you are a New Zealand customer, full priced and/or sale items may be returned at no cost using the NZ Free Post label provided. Clearance items do not qualify for free returns and need to be returned at your own cost.
Items purchased online can be returned in store (excluding outlet stores) for an exchange or credit note with proof of purchase. Please note that stores cannot issue refunds for online orders.
When returning full priced and/or sale items, simply turn your courier bag inside out, reseal it with the returned items with the Return Form filled out. Attach the free Return Label to the outside of the bag and drop it off at any Post Office or NZ Post collection box.
***Please note, it usually takes up to 14 business days for return parcels to arrive at our offices, and a further 3-5 working days to be processed by our Online Returns team.

Refunds
Returned items will be refunded against the credit card used to purchase online. If a discount had been applied to the original order, the refund value will include a pro rata deduction of the discount amount applied to the original order.
Exchanges
Full priced items can be exchanged for a different colour/size at no cost to you (excludes international orders). Clearance items and international exchanges will be charged a standard shipping fee for the exchanged items. Your items will be held until this fee is paid.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept the exchange or return of any items from our BODY CURVE RANGE for change of mind for hygiene reasons.
STORE RETURNS
Store purchases can be returned in-store only, for exchange or credit note, within 14 days of original purchase along with the original store receipt.
If you wish to return an item but do not have your receipt, you will be issued a store credit for the lowest retail value of the items returned. If returned items are on promotion you will only receive the promotional price. K+K will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Note:
- We do not issue store refunds for items that do not fit, do not suit you or you have changed your mind. This is the K+K Store Refund Policy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act, as advised by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
- Worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return.
- Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items and/or those classed as "Final Sale" are non-refundable, however can be exchanged or returned for a credit voucher. Clearance items do not qualify for free returns and are be returned at your own cost.

FAULTY ITEMS
If merchandise is deemed faulty after appraisal by our store and/or production team, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We will repair or replace minor faults as a first option. If these options are not possible, or the fault is major, K+K will provide a credit or refund. Please note that all refunds are processed by our Head Office and may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
